Warranty and Returns

1.)  New returns must be in original, re-sellable conditions and within 30 days of original purchase, items returned older than 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

2.)  Defective items are eligible for return for a period of 1 year and credited upon arrival at the DC and tested for defect.  If no defect is found, the customer account will be charged a 25% restocking fee..

3.) Fill out the RMA form and fax or email to Kendal Hills Supply.  RMA request will be processed within 48 hours and RMA # must be on all paperwork and/or boxes returned.
